HD.2488: An Act to enhance child passenger safety

This bill requires that children under the age of 2 must be seated in rear-facing car seats with internal harnesses until they reach the height or weight limit imposed by the manufacturer, aligning Massachusetts law with recommendations from the CDC, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
