You may need your vaccination record to show that you are fully immunized. Some venues in some cities require proof of immunization to gain entrance. Your employer may want to see documentation.

DIGIITAL VACCINE VERIFICATION AVAILABLE IN MASSACHUSETTS
Massachusetts officially launched a digital verification platform which should make it easier for vaccinated residents to prove their status, where such verification is required. The platform will allow you to download your vaccination history on your computer and/or your cell phone. You can see more information on it, access it and download it here: MyVaxRecords.Mass.gov.
