Who We Serve
Our office is available to assist our constituents in the 3rd Hampshire District (residents of Amherst and parts of Granby) who need assistance with a state program or agency. Rep. Domb sees her role as your advocate and will work to make sure you receive every consideration, a timely decision, and clarification on decisions that impact you.
If you are not a resident of Amherst or Granby, please reach out to your state legislator with requests for assistance. If you are not sure who your state legislator is, you can find out here.
Requesting Assistance
With her team, Rep. Domb can help you navigate state agencies and services. State services can include MassHealth, SNAP benefits, unemployment insurance, Department of Revenue inquiries, etc.
If you would like to submit a request for assistance, please fill out the constituent services request form below and our office will contact you. You can also reach Rep. Domb’s office by email at Mindy.Domb@mahouse.gov or by calling (413) 335-1362.
If your request involves MassHealth/Health Connector issues, you need to complete and provide a Permission to Share Information (PSI) Form so our office can work on your behalf. We can provide you with a form for you to complete, or you can download it here.
If your concern is with a federal agency (like Social Security, the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS), the IRS, Veterans Administration, getting a passport, etc.), you can reach out to your Member of Congress for assistance. The Members of Congress for 3rd Hampshire towns are:
