They host a trans leadership academy and identity document assistance network, as well as the REACH program (Relief and Emergency Assistance for Community Hope) which provides trans and nonbinary people with emergency funds for a variety of expenses.

- GLSEN Massachusetts works locally in Massachusetts communities to fight for schools that are safe for all students, regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation. They host events including teacher trainings and events for students and parents.

- BAGLY is a youth-led organization that serves LGBTQ+ youth by providing health and wellness programs, free mental health therapy, leadership training, and direct aid for youth struggling with food or housing insecurity. They work with 15 other LGBTQ+ youth serving organizations across the state through the AGLY network.

- The Mass Commission on LGBTQ youth is a state agency that advises others in state government about policies, practices, and resources needed to support LGBTQ youth. They also help to run the Safe Schools Program with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, which addresses bullying faced by LGBTQ children in public schools.
