COMMUNITY BRIEFING, MARCH 4, 2025
On March 4, 2025, Senagtor Jo Comerford and I hosted a community briefing on immigrant and refugee rights. The briefing featured the ACLU of Massachusetts, MIRA: Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy Coalition, Inc., legislative colleagues and champions, immigration experts, and a variety of local organizations, including the Center for New Americans, the Pioneer Valley Workers Center and Jewish Family Services of Western Massachusetts. It shared information on state legislation and actions we can take to support immigrants and refugees in the commonwealth. You can view this briefing here.
